Our Story
Our founder Wilson Huang's uncle was working for a state-owned printing factory. After privatization of the enterprise, in 1997, Wilson's uncle took over the factory, and started to produce the printed corrugated paper boxes for domestic toys and food industries.
Before Wilson's joining his uncle in this business, he had worked for SGS for 5 years. SGS was one of the largest quality control companies in the world at that time. The 5-year inspector experience provided Wilson with great insight into the international trade and the awareness of the quality control. He had noticed that the European countries started to use less plastic bag to reduce pollution caused by plastic. So Wilson decided to leave his job, and joined his uncle in 2002. After Wilson's joining the company, he decisively converted half of existing boxes ‘production lines into paper bags' and became the 1st paper shopping bag manufacturer in Xiamen (China).
It was a great risk since there were not many customers in this segment yet. However, thanks to listing it on Alibaba (that was the only online channel to approach the European customer at that time), two months later orders started to flood in.
In 2005, Wilson's uncle retired and Wilson took over the factory.
In 2006, we invested in two more high speed 6-color Heidelburg printing machines and moved the factory to our own facilities.
In 2008, we invested in shopping bags stitching factory, producing cotton bags, non woven bags and polyester bags.
In 2010, we invested in luxury paper boxes factory, mainly serving the wine, chocolate and cosmetic industries.
In 2015, when the e-commerce sales started to boost, we updated our corrugated boxes production lines by investing in automatic die-cut machine and gluing machine.
In 2018, we launched washable kraft paper bags, which are reusable and recyclable.
In 2020, we developed fully recyclable paper bubble mail bags with our patented cushion layer. In the same year, we started to study the bagasse packaging, and up until now we have set up hundreds of moulds for the bagasse products.
All through these years, we have keeping investing on our people and technology to develop new products by using more sustainable materials.
